Global SEO specialist at Randstad Global in Diemen

Part of that includes winning in the online space. To support our journey, we are looking for a global SEO specialist.

your typical day includes

As a global SEO specialist, you support countries with SEO activities with the aim to grow relevant traffic to the countries website. You’ll perform keyword research, define content opportunities, provide input to the internal and external content writers. You will recommend a course of action to the local marketing directors and global platform team to improve SEO performance.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work as a member of the global digital marketing team. You will work closely with and report to the global SEO manager. You will contribute to the team’s performance by executing innovative projects which will drive the overall SEO performance of Randstad. You will share best practices to ensure the global scale of Randstad is leveraged.

You will align with colleagues of Monster to determine the SEO strategy benefiting both labels.

 

your responsibilities

  • input into Global SEO strategy
  • OpCo analysis by performing multilingual keyword research, execute content gap analysis
  • perform competitor research
  • define content ideas for local and global execution
  • monitor the performance of the local websites and input stories to the global omnichannel team
  • create recommendations to improve SEO ranking and ensure implementation thereof by local teams.
  • provide SEO training and coaching to our operating companies.
  • share best practices across countries

  • excellent understanding of white hat SEO principles and Google’s best practices
  • excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • have a customer-centric mindset
  • ability to perform in-depth keyword research in multiple languages
  • excellent team player skills
  • ability to create and edit Google DataStudio reports
  • communication skills
  • intercultural sensitivity

capabilities

  • master’s/bachelor’s degree, preferably in digital marketing

experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO
  • speaking multiple languages is preferred
